Nate Lane has owned and operated Thyme to Entertain since 2006. Nate started his career as a chef at local Minneapolis/St. Paul restaurants prior to pursuing his catering company. Nate has a passion for cooking and loves to think outside of the box to bring you a unique catering experience.

Every talented chef working for our company has worked extensively in the restaurant world, from the Twin Cities, the coasts, Hawaii and beyond. If you can dream it up, our chefs can cook it. We do fun & casual to sublime elegance
